If you are receiving a health insurance waiver check and your paycheck is normally directly deposited, please note that your waiver payment will be in the form of CHECK and WILL NOT be directly deposited into your account.

If your paycheck or paystub is normally mailed to your home address or sent via interoffice mail, your health insurance waiver check will be mailed to your home address.

If your paycheck or paystub is normally sent to the Cashier’s Office, your health insurance check also will be available for you to pick up at the Cashier’s Office on Friday, Dec. 14.
