Quilling is  thin stips of paper rolled up, shaped and glued together to make decorative pieces.

Come and join in on the fun making Quilled Snowflakes. There will be several different size Snowflakes to make that can be hung as ornaments, used as gift tags or attached to holiday cards.

Two workshops:
Nov. 29 – 6 to 8 p.m.
Dec. 1 – 11 a.m. (not sure yet of the ending time)

Participants can e-mail me (s.kennedy@hvcc.edu) with their questions about the workshop or to reserve a seat.

Basic quilling will also be taught during this meeting time in case you are new to quilling. If your stressed out about the holiday season come and enjoy this quilling class. Quilling can help you relax.

Cost: $20 for class, including white quilling paper, quilling tool, photo copies of instructions, and a ziplock bag to carry home your projects. (I will be providing glue – Aleene’s Crafty glue. The store will provide scissors or you can bring your own.)

If you do not know what to do with your scrap booking tags or punched out tags, bring them along with you. We will use them for this class. (If you do not have any, some will be supplied.) The sizes of the tags fit the palm of your hand or bigger.
