2012 Lump Sum Information for EOC Full-Time Faculty

A Lump Sum Payroll Request Form was enclosed with your March 23 paycheck or direct deposit stub. The form is also available on the Payroll Office’s Web site at:

www.hvcc.edu/finance/payroll/index

For those who work a 170-day work year, the Lump Sum pay will be issued on June 1, 2012. If interested, the form should be signed and returned to the Payroll Office by Friday, April 20, 2012.

For those who work a 195-day work year, the Lump Sum pay will be issued on July 13, 2012. If interested, the form should be signed and returned to the Payroll Office by Friday, June 1, 2012.
