2014 David A. Garfinkel Essay Contest

 

Entries for the 2014 David A. Garfinkel Essay Contest will be accepted until April 1. This year’s essay topic is: Who Watches the Watchers? Free Speech and Free Press in the Electronic Age? Free Speech and Free Press in the Electronic Age

The contest is open to all CUNY and SUNY community college students registered for either the Fall 2013 or Spring 2014 semester. A $1,000 prize will be awarded to both a CUNY and SUNY student, while the grand prize winner from either a CUNY or SUNY school will receive $1,500.
