A Lump Sum Payroll Request Form will be enclosed with your March 21 paycheck or direct deposit stub. The form also is available on the Payroll Office’s Web site at https://www.hvcc.edu/finance/payroll/lumpsum-eoc.pdf.
For those who work a 170-day work year, the Lump Sum pay will be issued on May 30, 2014. If interested, the form should be signed and returned to the Payroll Office by Friday, April 18, 2014.
For those who work a 195-day work year, the Lump Sum pay will be issued on July 11, 2014. If interested, the form should be signed and returned to the Payroll Office by Friday, May 30, 2014.
