If you have not gone paperless, the 2016 Lump Sum Payroll Request Form will be enclosed with your March 18 paycheck or direct deposit stub. The form also is available on the Payroll Office’s Web site at https://www.hvcc.edu/finance/payroll/lumpsum-eoc.pdf.
For those who work a 170-day work year, the Lump Sum pay will be issued on May 27, 2016. If interested, the form must be signed and returned to the Payroll Office by Friday, April 29, 2016.
For those who work a 195-day work year, the Lump Sum pay will be issued on July 8, 2016. If interested, the form must be signed and returned to the Payroll Office by Friday, May 27, 2016.
