A summary of the 2017 Employee Satisfaction Survey now is available on the Office of Planning and Research web site (http://www.hvcc.edu/planning/index.html) under Program Review — Survey Reports. The summary includes the survey responses in their entirety. Please note that personal references made in comments have been redacted. Redacted references are indicated by brackets.
The results from the Employee Satisfaction Survey will be utilized by the college as part of its ongoing assessment of institutional effectiveness and efforts toward continuous improvement. Now done on an annual basis, the next administration of the survey will be in spring 2018.
A total of 375 employees completed the survey. Thank you all for taking the time and sharing your feedback.
