The Payroll Office has gone paperless. If you would like to elect lump sum for 2020, please download and print the form that is available on the Payroll Office’s Web site at https://www.hvcc.edu/finance/payroll/lumpsum-eoc.pdf.
For those who work a 170-day work year, the Lump Sum pay will be issued on May 22, 2020. If interested, the form must be signed and returned to the Payroll Office by Friday, April 24, 2020.
For those who work a 195-day work year, the Lump Sum pay will be issued on July 2, 2020. If interested, the form must be signed and returned to the Payroll Office by Friday, May 22, 2020.
