If you would like to elect lump sum pay for 2021, please download and print the form that is available on the Payroll Office website at https://www.hvcc.edu/finance/payroll/lumpsum.pdf.
The lump sum pay will be issued on Friday, May 21.
If interested, the form must be signed and returned via email to the Payroll Office (payroll@hvcc.edu) by Friday, April 23.
