If you would like to elect lump sum for 2022, please download and print the form that is available on the Payroll Office’s Web site at https://www.hvcc.edu/finance/payroll/lumpsum-eoc.pdf.
For those who work a 170-day work year, the Lump Sum pay will be issued on May 20, 2022. If interested, the form must be signed and returned via email to the Payroll Office (payroll@hvcc.edu) by Friday, April 22, 2022.
For those who work a 195-day work year, the Lump Sum pay will be issued on July 1, 2022. If interested, the form must be signed and returned via email to the Payroll Office (payroll@hvcc.edu) by Friday, May 20, 2022.
