The Office of Human Resources will be launching the
Annual Mandatory Training via BizLibrary!
Below are some tips and information on how to successfully complete your trainings!
When will my training be assigned?
The big day is Sept. 3, 2024!
Why so early this year?
The decision to roll out our 2024 Annual Compliance training a month earlier was due to additional Title VI training being mandated by SUNY Chancellor John B. King, Jr. that requires every faculty and staff member at System Administration and on all 64 SUNY campuses to complete. This training reiterates that Title VI specifically applies to antisemitism and Islamophobia, and underscores the need for campuses to prevent, investigate and respond to allegations of discrimination.
All faculty and staff are required to complete the Title VI online training no later than Sept. 30, 2024.
How will I get my assignments?
The Office of Human Resources uses BizLibrary to deliver online compliance training. Be on the look out for an assignment email that is generated by BizLibrary; the emails are NOT spam and are perfectly safe to open and interact with.
Tip#1: BizLibrary has a Single Sign-on option. Your user name and password are the same as when you log into your computer/network.
Tip#2: Please remember to use Firefox as your browser when accessing the BizLibrary website.
When are my trainings due?
Title IV training is due no later than Sept. 30, 2024. Remaining 2024 Annual Compliance Training will be due Oct. 31, 2024.
What happens if I do not complete my 2024 Annual Compliance training by Oct. 31, 2024?
If 2024 Annual Compliance training is not completed by Oct. 31, 2024, your computer access will be suspended until trainings are completed.
