If you would like to elect lump sum pay for 2024, please download and print the form that is available on the Payroll Office’s website at https://www.hvcc.edu/finance/payroll/lumpsum-eoc.pdf.
For those who work a 170-day work year, the Lump Sum pay will be issued on May 31, 2024. If interested, the form must be signed and returned via email to the Payroll Office (payroll@hvcc.edu) by Friday, April 19, 2024.
For those who work a 195-day work year, the Lump Sum pay will be issued on July 12, 2024. If interested, the form must be signed and returned via email to the Payroll Office (payroll@hvcc.edu) by Friday, May 17, 2024.
