A variety of Malta-area restaurants will serve samples of their best fare at the 5th Annual Taste of Malta on Tuesday, July 9 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at TEC-SMART, located at 345 Hermes Road, off exit 12 of the Northway. The event is presented by the Malta Business & Professional Association and hosted by Hudson Valley Community College.
Participating restaurants include 51 Front Street, Bentley’s Tavern, Kona Ice, Lake Ridge Restaurant, Lily & the Rose Catering, Mangino’s Ristorante, Panza’s Restaurant, Pasta Pane, Pellegrino’s, Recovery Sports Grill, Sunset Café and The Meat House.
Admission is $15 per person for 15 food-tasting tickets. Additional tickets are $1 each. Attendees may register online at Taste of Malta or pay at the door. The event will include a 50/50 raffle and a variety of prizes.
All proceeds benefit the Ballston Spa Partnership for Innovation in Education Fund, a component fund of the Community Foundation for the Greater Capital Region. The fund supports mission related programs and initiatives including the Clean Technologies & Sustainable Industries Early College High School program implemented in collaboration with Hudson Valley Community College.
