Hudson Valley Community College will hold its 69th annual commencement exercises with three ceremonies, organized by program of study, in the McDonough Sports Complex on Saturday, May 13:
- 9 a.m.: School of STEM (all degree and certificate programs)
- 11:30 a.m.: School of Health Sciences (all degree and certificate programs)
- 2 p.m.: School of Business and Liberal Arts (all degree and certificate programs)
The Class of 2023 includes 1,489 students who will earn associate degrees and certificates in 80+ program areas in the Schools of STEM, Health Sciences and Business and Liberal Arts. Of those graduates, 422 will graduate with honors, and 143 are members of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. The Class of 2023 also includes 60 graduates who are either veterans or active duty members of the military. Graduates range in age from 17 to 84, and come from 40 countries around the globe. More than 85 percent of Hudson Valley’s Class of 2023 resides in the Capital Region.
