The Payroll Department is dedicated to processing accurate and timely pay for all faculty, staff, and student employees while adhering to the college’s guidelines as well as federal and state regulations. We are a service-oriented department committed to assisting employees in understanding all aspects of their paycheck.
In addition to processing your pay check and W2’s, the Payroll Department is also responsible for retirement reporting. They handle reporting your earnings and service days to the appropriate retirement company.
Payroll regulations and procedures are always evolving and changing and can be tedious to learn. To keep it fun, the payroll employees occasionally play “Payroll Jeopardy.” Each category is a different payroll topic and it’s an exciting way to test one’s memory and knowledge on payroll rules both new and old. (Sometimes they even win prizes)!
