If you have not gone paperless, the 2018 Lump Sum Payroll Request Form will be enclosed with your March 16 paycheck or direct deposit stub. The form also is available on the Payroll Office website at https://www.hvcc.edu/finance/payroll/lumpsum.pdf.
The Lump Sum pay will be issued on May 25, 2018.
If interested, the form must be signed and returned to the Payroll Office by Friday, April 27, 2018.
