Even though Mother Nature is still giving us winter weather, Commencement is right around the corner! The Faculty Student Association is in the second year of our contract with Mazzone to be the exclusive food services provider on campus. Mazzone Hospitality is contracted to provide food services that include all cafeterias on campus, any on campus catering events (internal and external clients), concessions for sporting and trade events (high school sports, Flower Show, graduation events, etc.), as well as food supplies for meetings and seminars (including but not limited to baked goods, snack food items, etc.) If Mazzone is not able to accommodate your event they will approve the use of an off campus supplier; all such approval must be received in writing. By supporting Mazzone Hospitality you are supporting the FSA and the campus community. Commissions received from the food services on campus are used to support various college endeavors – academic regalia for faculty and staff, hospitality account for various events, funding for the Outdoor Athletic Complex, support for the Diversity Scholarship offered by the Foundation, funding for the CDTA Universal Ridership program, reduced child care tuition for eligible parents, etc.
