Interim Affirmative Action Officer must be “copied” during any search process

Scott Ely is serving as the college’s interim Affirmative Action Officer.

As part of any search process, the search committee chair is required to send interview questions and a list of candidates the committee intends to invite for an interview to the Affirmative Action Officer prior to setting up interviews.
