Kudos and thanks to Jordan Schwartz, son of Custodian Dominic Schwartz, who rescued two ducklings before they entered a drain pipe on June 10 in Hoosick Falls. Jordan and a friend were riding their bikes when they discovered a group of about eight ducklings wandering around the road, but no mother duck was present! Jordan and his friend stopped to try to help the ducks and Jordan managed to grab two of the ducklings before they wandered into a drainpipe.
Way to go, Jordan! Thanks for your care, compassion and action!
