The Times Union published a “Seen” gallery of photographs taken at the Capital District Educational Opportunity Center’s 52nd graduation ceremony on June 30. The event was held Thursday, June 28 in the McDonough Sports Complex. The photos were provided by Vincent Giordano, the college’s photographer.
