I am saddened to report the passing of Cornelius Clark, husband of Carolyn Clark. Reverend Clark passed on July 1.
Carolyn Clark worked at the EOC from 1993 to 2003 and served in a number of positions including both as an instructor in our business programs and providing oversight of our early computer labs. Carolyn returned to the EOC in 2005 as an instructor and assumed the position of Program Coordinator in 2009. She retired in February 2014.
Reverend Clark served as pastor of Holy Serenity Church of God in Christ in North Troy. He was a strong advocate for social justice, providing decades of support and service to the people of Troy and the greater Capital Region.
Calling hours for Reverend Clark will be from 5 to 6 p.m. on Friday, July 6 with services immediately following at Wilborn Temple COGIC, 121 Jay St. in Albany.
