“Trouble The Water,” a stirring documentary on Hurricane Katrina and its aftermath, will be part of the next National Coalition Building Institute (NCBI) workshop scheduled for Saturday, March 23 in ADM 101. The workshop runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
