Drop in for a great workout or two!
Vice President MaryAnn Janosik announces that Body Works Plus Abs, her popular, drop-in fitness class, will meet from 4:45 to 5:45 p.m. on Thursdays, Aug. 16 and 23 in room 192 in the McDonough Sports Complex!
Everyone is invited to attend! All classes are free! No sign up is required, just show up!
Body Works Plus Abs is a lightweight dumbbell workout done to the beat of the music. Burn calories as you move through a variety of exercises to sculpt and tone your body. You’ll notice improvements in your muscle tone, posture, balance and strength. A total body workout! Some small hand weights are available for use during class; you may want to bring your own plus a floor mat and water.
