On Saturday, Aug. 11, we welcomed a number of incoming new and transfer students along with their families to partake of our second Student Services Information Day. We had approximately 50 families attend the day, with a majority of them leaving with prizes and giveaways! Thanks to the bookstore being open, many students were also able to buy their books ahead of the rush for Fall classes.
Students and families were particularly interested in learning about tutoring services and clubs on campus. Overall, evaluations showed the day helped increase their knowledge of resources we offer here on campus. Parents and families were grateful for the day we offered and were looking forward to the start of classes.
