Once again, the Lansingburgh Historical Society will open the Melville House and garden for tours during its popular annual tag sale on Saturday, Sept. 8 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The historic house where Herman Melville once lived, is located at Two 114th Street in North Troy, aka Lansingburgh.
In addition to tag sale bargains, a variety of Lansingburgh-related items will be offered. The Society has added the second in a series of ornaments depicting well known historical sites in the ‘Burgh and a new “Burgh” cap!
