All are welcome to attend from 4:45 to 5:45 p.m. in room 192 in the McDonough Sports Complex. The class is free!
Body Works Plus Abs is a lightweight dumbbell workout done to the beat of some great music. Burn calories as you move through a variety of exercises, plus improve muscle tone, posture, balance and strength. A total body workout!
Some small hand weights are available for use during class. You may want to bring your own plus a floor mat and water.
