Begin the Semester in Balance!

Students are welcome and invited to attend these FREE programs on Mondays and Thursdays beginning Sept. 10 in the Wellness Center, suite 270 in the Siek Campus Center.

MONDAYS from 2 to 3 p.m.
Holistic and Spiritual Practices — help build and find balance in a hectic world.

THURSDAYS  from 11 to 11:30 a.m.
Mindfulness Meditation — learn tried and true techniques for less stress and more peace throughout your day.

Please remember also that the Chapel (located in CTR 221) is available to ALL on campus for prayer and quiet reflection.
