The Pride Alliance Club will be participating in the National Day of Silence activities on Monday, April 15 in the Campus Center. Club members will have a table on the first floor with information.
Day of Silence is national, youth-run effort using silence to protest the actual silencing of LGBT people due to harassment, bias and abuse in schools. History of the project and more information can be found at www.dayofsilence.org.
Following the Monday event, the club is sponsoring a lunch on Friday, April 20 that will be provided for the Safe Space Training. If you have not signed up, please make it a point to do that by calling 629-7154.
