The Workforce Development Institute (WDI) is offering the following non-credit, evening course:
AutoCAD – Basics
Oct. 22 – Nov. 8, 2018
Monday, Oct. 22, 29, and Nov. 5 from 5:30 – 9 p.m.
Tuesday, Oct. 23, 30, and Nov. 6 from 5:30 – 9 p.m.
Thursday, Oct. 25, Nov. 1 and 8 from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Explore the skills needed to produce 2D drawings, create custom templates, CAD plotting and layout, advanced CAD commands and file management, block, external references and the creation of libraries, as well as how to complete complex drawings.
Prerequisites: A 10th grade reading and math skill levels. Students should have proficient computer skills, be familiar with mouse operations and navigating the Windows operating system.
