A special aspect of Hugs USA is the distribution of old and used items to the animals of the homeless.
The Animal Outreach Club is collecting used blankets, scarves, and/or warm clothing for this purpose through the end of the semester.
Collection locations across campus include:
- Guenther Enrollment Services Center (outside Financial Aid)
- Siek Campus Center (near the staircase outside CAAT)
- Bulmer Telecommunications Center
- Administration Building
- Brahan Hall
- Science Center
- Marvin Library Learning Commons.
