Continuing Education and Summer Sessions
Students have the opportunity to register in our office for credit classes during the Fall, Spring, Summer and Intersession (winter) semesters. Many students are not seeking a degree and are not required to go through the traditional admissions application process. We serve a diverse student population and provide academic advisement and career planning.
Our office is responsible for the administration of on-campus evening, weekend and off-campus credit courses, including those at business locations, during the fall, spring and summer semesters. In addition, the college offers many courses online for the convenience of our students who have multiple outside obligations, including travel and time constraints.
Academic advisement in our office helps students choose classes that may be applied toward a degree at the college or toward programs at other colleges. Advisement is available on-campus, as well as by phone, email, and on a walk-in basis. We have extended hours from early morning into the evening. For students who are interested in matriculating into a degree or certificate program, our advisors work closely with the Admissions Office.
