Chrissy Smith received the Academic Advising Certification of Completion. Please join the Center for Effective Teaching staff in congratulating Chrissy, an advising specialist in Individual Studies.
Chrissy has been with the college since December of 2017. In her tenure at Hudson Valley, Chrissy has always been keenly interested in her professional and personal development. She is active on campus serving as an adjunct instructor for both the Individual Studies and Fine Arts departments, as an advisor to Phi Theta Kappa, as a member of the Embracing Diversity Group, and as a new member of the Presidential Advisory Committee on Campus Diversity and Inclusion.
Chrissy will soon begin working in her new role on campus as the Retention Coordinator. She is looking forward to working with colleagues across all areas of campus to enhance our institutional retention efforts.
