In the world of acoustic blues – aka country blues, Delta blues, Piedmont Blues – Thomasina Winslow is a top-level guitarist and well known around the globe for her always impressive playing and warm, rich vocals. Her video, “Rowdy Blues,” has more than 310,000 views on YouTube, helping to create a new, young audience for acoustic blues that continues to grow. The daughter of the late Tom Winslow, a legendary folk and blues guitarist who was a member of Pete Seeger’s band, Winslow truly is devoted to promoting the genre for all time.
