In a new twist, the annual Times Union Best of the Capital Region 2019 poll includes a brief nomination period prior to actual polling (Jan. 28 through Feb. 6) when the top five nominations in each category will be voted on.
The online nomination ballot must be completed by Monday, Jan. 14!
Click on “Best Of The Rest” to locate Hudson Valley Community College in the list of “best college.”
