Reminder to Search Committee Members:
Part of your responsibility as a member is to ensure that comments made in Recrutierbox on applicants are Professional and relate to the job description. Personal comments should not be written in the system as these comments could become public. If you see inappropriate comments, bring them to the attention of your Search Chair immediately.
All interview questions need to be approved by John Ogden, affirmative action officer; j.ogden@hvcc.edu.
Finally, you only need to send regret letters to applicants who were interviewed. The standard regret letter is attached in Recrutierbox in your search. Please be sure to use Recrutierbox to send communication to applicants. Thank you for your support. It is appreciated.
