OERs (open educational resources) was one of the most popular responses to last week’s All College Meeting polling question “What is one initiative you want to be considered in the strategic planning process?”.
Faculty are encouraged to attend the three-hour workshop scheduled for the afternoon of Wednesday, Feb. 27. Faculty who attend are eligible for a $100 stipend funded from the SUNY OER initiative award. Attend the workshop to learn about this exciting movement, to hear from faculty colleagues who are already involved, and to discover the resources and services available to engage in the initiative.
A limited number of seats remain available. Please obtain approval from your department chair to attend and then register online. Note that the OER program is separate from and after Faculty Workshop Day earlier in the day.
