Important Blackboard browser support information

 

If you are unable to attach files, or are experiencing other functionality issues in Blackboard, you may be using an outdated browser or Internet Explorer.

If you are using Internet Explorer, please note that support ended with Blackboard Learn 9.1 Q4 2018 (last December). Any reported issues while using the unsupported Internet Explorer browser cannot be resolved.

We recommend using the most recent version of Mozilla Firefox when working in Blackboard.
