If you have not gone paperless, the 2019 Lump Sum Payroll Request Form will be enclosed with your March 15, 2019 paycheck or direct deposit stub. For those that have gone paperless, the form is also available on the Payroll Office’s Web site at https://www.hvcc.edu/finance/payroll/lumpsum-eoc.pdf.
For those who work a 170-day work year, the Lump Sum pay will be issued on May 24, 2019. If interested, the form must be signed and returned to the Payroll Office by Friday, April 26, 2019.
For those who work a 195-day work year, the Lump Sum pay will be issued on July 5, 2019. If interested, the form must be signed and returned to the Payroll Office by Friday, May 24, 2019.
