As many of you know, the college is currently involved with three P-TECH grants serving Troy, Ballston Spa and Capital Region BOCES. Both Troy and Ballston Spa have students currently enrolled and Capital Region BOCES begins this fall.
Please join us for a P-TECH information session with Robin Willner, director of Leadership Council NYS P-TECH, on Tuesday, April 2 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. in the BTC Auditorium.
The goal is to develop a broad-based, shared understanding of the NYS P-TECH model and to share effective practices to ensure student success in their college coursework, including preparation and support in the early years, logistical support on campus, and support services at the college level. Faculty and staff involved with these programs are encouraged to attend. We are hoping to record the session for anyone that has is unable to attend.
