It’s crunch time! Please donate silent auction and raffle items for the WE@HVCC Spring Luncheon and help raise money to support scholarships for your colleagues pursuing a degree or professional development opportunities, as well as students.
The annual event is Friday, April 12 from noon to 2 p.m. in the BTC Meeting Rooms. A fashion show, featuring staff and student models, will follow the luncheon at 1:30 p.m. in the BTC Auditorium. Professor Tamu Chambers and members of Sisters InCynch, a student service club, worked with local retail stores to organize the show.
“New” items are requested as donations, and re-gifting is allowed! The goal is to raffle off gift certificates, fancy soaps, jewelry, scarves, etc. Silent auction prizes are generally valued at $50 or more. If you have items, please contact Sue Agan at s.agan@hvcc.edu or get them to her in GUN 252.
