Assistant Professors Katie Jezik and Cindy Koman served as peer reviewers for the 2019 Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL) biennial conference held last week in Cleveland, Ohio. They served on the panel proposal and paper proposal selection committees respectively.
Library Director Brenda Hazard was moderator and panelist for the session “From Backstage to Center Stage: Community College Libraries and OER.” Other panelists were library directors from Monroe Community College, Tompkins Cortland, and SUNY Delhi. Hazard served as a peer reviewer for the conference scholarship committee for the third consecutive time.
Approximately 3,500 librarians representing all 50 states and 15 countries attended the conference. ACRL is a division of the American Library Association.
