Postponed from early April, the WE@HVCC Awards Luncheon is rescheduled for noon to 2 p.m. on Friday, June 7 in the BTC Meeting Rooms.
Please plan to attend in order to congratulate faculty and staff members who will receive monetary awards. These peer-nominated award recipients (yet to be announced) are pursuing higher degrees and other professional development opportunities.
A highlight of the event is the Silent Auction that raises the money needed to maintain a healthy awards fund. Your donations of new items (re-gifting is allowed) make a huge difference in this effort. Fancy soaps, jewelry, and scarves or neckties are great auction prizes, as do “consumables” like dining and other gift cards, chocolate and bottles of wine.
