Library’s 50th anniversary celebration will feature exhibition by students

An exhibition of student creative work in many forms will be a highlight of the college library’s 50th Anniversary Celebration in the coming 2019-2020 academic year. The exhibition is planned for April 15 through May 16, 2020 in the Troy Savings Bank Charitable Foundation Atrium, located on the first floor of the Marvin Library Learning Commons.

Submissions of fine art, crafts, music, writing, technical design and more, representing all academic disciplines, will be sought from current students and alumni. The exhibit will reflect the curiosity, imagination, and experimentation that are nurtured through learning and research at the Dwight Marvin Library.

Detailed submission guidelines will be announced early in the Fall 2019 semester.

Faculty and staff members interested in joining an exhibition subcommittee should contact me (a.rappaport@hvcc.edu).
