On June 10, Mayor Patrick Madden announced that the City of Troy’s ninth annual Household Hazardous Waste, Electronic Recycling Collection and Shredding Day has been scheduled for Saturday, July 27, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event provides Troy residents the opportunity to safely dispose of hazardous materials not accepted through the city’s normal garbage collection service.
