Hudson Valley Community College’s Workforce Development department will develop a stackable micro-credential electronics technician curriculum for employees at the GLOBALFOUNDRIES plant and the college’s TEC-SMART facility, both in Malta, using a $144,000 grant from the American Association of Community Colleges.
