Human Resources is pleased to announce that all members of the NTP Association will be evaluated using Trakstar.
Trakstar is an online employee performance management software that will help Hudson Valley Community College and its employees align goals, provide instant feedback and ensure evaluations are completed and communicated properly. Trakstar has been rolled out to other employee classifications with success and Human Resources is excited to move forward with the NTP Association group.
Human Resources will be offering training sessions very soon. Specific training dates will be shared once plans are finalized.
