New parking system

 

The college has implemented a new online system for parking management. In order to make sure we have current information recorded for your vehicle, all employees MUST sign into the system, if they have not done so already, and enter their current vehicle information.

This new system offers a more streamlined process for vehicle registration and enforcement for faculty, staff and students. It does not impact the functionality of current hangtags for the parking garage or other parking access devices. New employees who need garage access still need to contact Public Safety in order to receive a hangtag or access device.

Public Safety now is able to scan the license plates of vehicles parked on campus to ensure they have a valid virtual permit. If a vehicle does not, Public Safety will use their discretion to either issue a warning or a ticket to that vehicle.

Students no longer need to affix a sticker to their window in order to register their vehicle for a parking permit each semester. They also use the online system to link to a virtual parking permit on a semester-by-semester basis. Student permits for Fall 2019 will be available beginning on Aug. 12.
