Both U.S. Representative Paul Tonko and President Roger Ramsammy will be on hand on Tuesday, Aug. 20 to welcome participants to an Arts and Humanities Grants Workshop to be held in the Bulmer Telecommunications Center Meeting Rooms.** Check-in will be at 9 a.m. and the workshops will begin at 9:30 a.m.
The workshops are free to all interested in attending, however registration is requested by contacting the Congressman’s Albany office at (518) 465-0700.
Staff from the National Endowment for the Arts, National Endowment for the Humanities, Institute of Museum and Library Services and Humanities New York will provide information about resources available through various grant programs. Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop, tablet or other Wi-Fi-enabled device.
** The workshop originally was scheduled to be held in the BTC Auditorium.
