Final grading was activated on March 10 at 10 a.m.
Grades must be entered via WIReD by 10 a.m. on Monday, March 17, 2014 and the grade books must be submitted to the Registrar’s office by the same deadline.
The instructions regarding final grade entry are now available in MyHudsonValley Portal System (Blackboard) in the Community Tab, the organization titled “Registrar’s Office Resources” which is available to all employees.
To enter the Registrar’s Office Resources and view the instructions (Grade entry via the web—final early sprint spring):
-Please enter Blackboard and click on the “Community” Tab
-Click on the organization “Registrar’s Office Resources”
-Then click on “Documentation” in the menu on the upper left
-Then click on the “Grade Books, Grade Entry, and Grade Summary” folder
-Then click on the document to view “Grade entry via the web—final early sprint spring.pdf”
