We know that everyone is eagerly awaiting their Assessment Plans and Unit Plans, and chomping at the bit to complete them, so here is an update:
As you are aware, we have purchased Nuventive, which is an assessment/accreditation/planning software system. The loading of all the existing APs and UPs into the system has been the first phase of the project working with the Nuventive folks, and we are moving right along.
All the APs and UPs will be available for use by the end of October or beginning of November, and we will be working with all of you to train you on the use of the system. Right now we are considering a few larger training sessions, but we are planning to mostly work directly with you (remember, we make house calls).
In the meantime, please work on the behind-the-scenes data gathering and analyzing, etc., so that it is ready to be input into your assessment plans/unit plans. The basic process is the same; completed year, current year, and future year.
